Style it with a blousy cotton top, a t shirt, or wear it as a bathing suit cover. There is no material tag but feels like a bark cloth cotton blend. Approximate measurements: Waist to hem: 41 Measures 37 from one end of the waist to the other excluding the ties. Great vintage condition.
