While this doesnt sound like much, the Pokemon in this game dont have much Retreat Cost to begin with, so reducing it by one is just as good as being able to swap out for free
For this deck it would allow you to bring back most of the creatures
The aim to close out games with commander damage isnt as one-dimensional (or easy) as it might be with Traxos, but the chance at instant-speed power-growing shenanigans might be amusing
