It seems like a pretty good fit into this deck

You could build an Edgar commander deck with nothing but Vampires you find in the bulk bin, and still be able to destroy most other decks you might come up against

This card can, at the cost of just U, allow the player to draw three cards and then put two cards from the hand onto the library's top

Depending on the board, 2 direct damage to each opponent might be better than casting a random Arcane Signet or something

Crypt costs zero to cast and immediately generates two mana, which recurs on every turn

If cards with at least six different mana values are revealed this way, that player loses the game
