The only commander that makes no sense to lead the stock list is Rukarumel: this is a really cool and open-ended commander that acts as an Arcane Adaptation in the command zone, but the thing is that Rukarumel herself is the only non-Sliver creature in the entire deck
Every HCP thats been out of print for 3+ years trades above 15,000 at minimum 3 the original retail price
GY If you put emphasis on manure, you can do it even in the early stages, but it's very subtle to go that far
If you loved Frozen 2, though, it's worth collecting for the warm fuzzy nostalgia
That said, the deck has 25 new-to-Magic cards to make up the difference, so all it takes is a few monetary hits from among those to give it a pass on value
Not only do you draw a card, but you can immediately cast a spell from your hand with mana value equal to or less than the damage dealt, without paying its cost
