I dont really think I can say much more when it comes to Werewolf Pack Leader than Hello, Werewolf Tribal card draw! Its still good outside of tribal, though, requiring only power six or greater of creatures attack not a big hurdle at all

Draw White has a lot of solid draw options, and a lot of them fit well in Cloud, Midgar Mercenary's Equipment theme

Having a decent 4/4 body is nice as well, that is about as big as a dork gets in this archetype as a base
