This is fine if you really need it, and it might be a great sideboard option for decks that dont normally use 7-drops to help fight against slower decks, but the other 7-drops in the set are a lot stronger for ramp
Add just one other card that ensures creatures enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counterwhether that be from Master Biomancer, Cathars Crusade, Juniper Order Ranger, Good Fortune Unicorn, or Path of Discoveryplus a sacrifice outlet, you can go infinite pretty easily
