The goal of this deck is to power up Mewtwo V Union with Union Gain, and then use Regeneration turn after turn to infinidienty heal enough damage off the Mewtwo until your opponent decks out

Its a lovely looking hat too

Do not focus on filling the vault, currently its progress is really slow

Sheldon Menery, the godfather of Commander and head of the RC, even said that the card is too generically good and pleaded with Wizards to Please never print this card (Wizards apparently asks the RC for input during card design)

Not the biggest, but still totally fine
