Ultimately this blue card depends on how easy you can get it out on turn 3 or before, but the potential is there

After all, its best home is probably a blue control decks sideboard and while it may be among the strongest sideboard cards to date, it still has to face the competition of cards like Mystical Dispute and Hurkyls Recall, which are equally devastating depending on the matchup
