Lusamine helps with this by allowing players to use either Duskmane Necrozma or Dawn Wings Necrozma to attack, then using its discarded energy after being KO'd
You get to put +1/+1 counters on it whenever you cast a creature, and since mutating counts as casting, you get to put a counter on your commander and grow it biggerto then cast more mutate spells
There are six varieties of this card, each one with four modes to pick two from, giving you 24 possible options to pick from across all the versions
As well, once Ovinomancer was active, it was nigh-unkillable itself, since returning it to your hand is part of the cost and not effect
This ability stops the opponent from evolving their active Pokemon, meaning all setup will need to be done from the bench
