this vintage Japanese tea caddy is just about aesthetically perfect
The complete set of 49 blocks are in great condition
Perhaps the intent was to imagine what this young man would look like many years down the road
This high-quality knife I believe was made in Japan and from what I can tell is no longer produced
or other little odds and ends
Men Conducting Business, Mid-Late 1800s' Wayne B. Blouch, PA Colored Ink Folk Art Drawing scrapbook covers this vintage Japanese tea caddyThis drawing, and several others I am listing, came from a portfolio of drawings by Pennsylvania folk outsider artist Wayne B. Blouch of Lancaster, PA, purchased from the estate of art professor & art historian Jill McKeever Furst, who taught at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, PA for over 10 years, which may be when she acquired them. There is not much out there about Blouch except a few sales of work at auction (Garth's; Pook & Pook),
